Quoted rate includes up to six separate service attempts made at a single address until the paper is expired, deemed a bad address, occupants are avoiding service, or we reach the maximum number of attempts.

Notarized affidavit is always included - we provide our own affidavits, but if you have a specific form of affidavit that you prefer we use, please send it along with the service documents.
